The McGrath Foundation raises money to fund McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities right across Australia. Their nurses help individuals and their families experiencing breast cancer by providing physical, psychological and emotional support, for free. No matter whether you're in the private or public health system, it's as simple as checking their website and finding the nurse nearest to you.
The Jane McGrath rose has been named in honour of Jane, who was inspired to create the foundation through her own experience with breast cancer. Jane had seen this rose and was looking forward to it being released in her name before she passed away in June 2008.
Treloar Roses proudly donates $1.00 from the sale of each Jane McGrath rose to the McGrath Foundation.
