Cut Flowers
There are many varieties which are specially suited to the production of cut flowers. These modern cut flower varieties have been hybridised to produce long stem flowers that have good lasting qualities. There is a wide range of varieties and colours to choose from, most flowers will last a minimum of 10-14 days after cutting.
Listed below are varieties that have been bred for the commercial cut flower growers. Most are very versatile and suitable for the home garden, however some do best in glasshouses. If in doubt please enquire about their suitability.
